Electron
Lately I've been training for Ninja Warrior, and last week I had a fun training session with my calisthenics buddy and my girlfriend. Despite having different goals, it's always motivating to be able to get together and train with people. My goals right now are all about competing next season for American Ninja Warrior. Unfortunately, grip has taken a back seat but I'll be back. Anyways, here's a video of our shenanigans from the night of training.

I need to get back to a place where it feels good to move my body at all. I follow Adam Glass on instagram and, like this calisthenics video, I always think that "calisthenics" looks like moving and stretching in a way that appeals to me. What is a good beginning calisthenics resource?

What is a good beginning calisthenics resource? Nice! I found out about the basic moves from youtube. There are lots of instructional vids and good progressions. check out barstarzz, cory hall, the fitness faq guy, there are many many more. I really believe combining this stuff with grip sport makes you very strong for american ninja. Then add some lower extremity basic workouts and some agility exercises and obstacle endurance training you are ready for it!!!
