Grind Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 I looked at some of the video's but what I don't understand is why you start with 'ranting' on the curls when you speak about transforming your physique? I would think it's one of the least important things to talk about when you adres the subject of transforming your physique. Quote

To be honest, I could just cover diet which is most important but I have covered that previously and will continue to cover diet too. I will be covering all aspects. It is just the title I chose years ago. You have to train after all to transform yourself. I am at #243 right now. It is now about 5 years with posts about every week. So, covering new discoveries in the journey becomes the top priority to cover. 1 Quote
