I have been getting all around weaker(noticeably on bb bench that's why I switched to db's) at the same BW as well which tells me my CNS is fried and I need a break. I have to step back and re-evalute. So I'm going to cut 15-20lbs by stopping creatine (should be 10# of water right there) cutting calories by a lot and adding a little cardio(hill sprints and stairs). I already started a fat burner, ACV, Cleanse and lean.
