No. The country import tax is 24%? (In Romania) so 109$ + 26$ and you get your items from post. You pay always import taxes if you buy out of Europe. And the % will vary with items. I payed 20% on top as country standart. Edited May 28, 2015 by Jüri Sankman

You probably get charged by the romanian customs for import tax. Thats how it is in germany.

Fist of Fury
No don't order from US. You'll have to pay a lot of taxes plus really expensive shipping. Order from Choice of Champions as already mentioned. He's a great guy to deal with. You don't need to pay anything extra, just the products and the shipping. If you don't know what the rating means then you don't need it. Not at this point, it's only relevant when you're really in to grip training and want to know exactly how strong you are. It's not necessary when you first start out. Edited May 28, 2015 by Fist of Fury

I mean,i know its not exactly the value ,just like in plates ,bars etc and all stuff in general. But i dont think the difference will be noticeable.Maybe like 1% lol. I believe CPW has rated #3's from 138# to 156#. That's over a 10% spread and for normal people, an extra year's worth of work. The rating is invaluable. Would you just deadlift all the time and never know the weight on the bar?

The difference can be very big, especially on heavy grippers since each kg gets harder and harder to squeeze. But as I said it's not necessary for a beginner. It's only relevant when you're competing or if you're very curious on knowing exactly how strong you are. Uncalibrated weight plates has much, much tighter tolerances, grippers can vary a lot.
