I still have a good program I used to go from 245# to 265# in about 3 months with hit me up anytime. My video from 2012. Very strong bro but to be clear you did a military press which is even harder,i want to get a standing ohp like in the olympics pre 1972 with locked knees and horizontal hip movement.
