mister Posted March 28, 2015 Share Posted March 28, 2015 It's been a while since I've been on the boards or seriously trained my grip. Between many life events including child #3, I had an ulnar nerve impingement that I did not take care of as soon as I should have, which caused some strength loss and a slight bit of atrophy. Getting back at it, no excuses this time. Starting with David Horne's beginner routine for as long as I can make progress, as well as a 3 day a week full body routine. I've been playing with the movements to get my starting weights for about a week and a half. Will start logging on Monday. Great community of people on this site, glad to be a part of it.
