Rick Walker
This is an example workout I do with my 4 year olds to help strengthen the mind and body. They really love to do this stuff. Here I hol up number flash cards and have them say the number, then perform the same number of reps. Enjoy!

PeterSweden
My oldest daugther loves to train and often times I bring her to the gym with me. Sometimes she trains bw stuff at home too. Gonna try this one, see if my other kids will take part!
Rick Walker
Teach them to love it now, and they will always do it. I even found them head gear and gloves that fit so they can work their boxing skills. There a few things in life that I think every child should learn at an early age: -how to swim -How to protect oneself and throw good, solid punches -how to shoot, skin, and cook wild game -how to properly handle firearms and knives -how to tie a hook, put on a worm, catch a fish, and get the fish OFF the hook

Rick Walker
I wonder if this works on lazy 15 year olds... The key is to not allow them to become lazy 15 year olds. My wife and I have a good system: life can be sweet if you do what you are supposed to do. Work hard in school, get good grades, treat people with respect, give 100% in sports and in the weight room, and follow all house rules. Step outside the lines and decide you are going to try and buck the system, and life can get real hard real quick. If you have a lazy 15 year old, I have only one pearl of wisdom: put foot to ass.
