2strong-

give me your stats..... weight/height measurements of body- arms, forarms, chest those sort of things, i took a look at your forarms they look pretty big.

LOL... You asked the wrong person... I'm just a small ant :laugh:cry

But here you go...

Body stats:

- Weight : 205 pounds

- Height : 1 meter 71 centimeters ( 5.6 ft ?? )

- Chest : 50.3 inches

- Arms : 17.7 inches

- Hand : 7 inches

- Forearms : 14.9 inches ( measured when the arm is bent ! )

- Leg : 25.6 inches

Best lifts :

- Bench press : 420 pounds "competition style" and 474 pounds "touch and go" ( all lifts are "raw" ).

- Support hold : 400 Kg / 882 pounds ( one hand facing forwards and the other facing backwards ).

Normally I weigh under 200 pounds, but I'm bulking up for the National Bench press Championship ( so my overall strength and size is gaining :) ).

thats good, benching more than 2times your weight, and having a 50inch chest at only weighing 200, sounds good to me. :mosher
