One workout feels great and the the next my squats are just like that screwdriver you just had... Not even 5 minutes ago... What the ?... Finger walks & ext., wrist curls, Crusher 110 2x5 My one set of IMP have torn all the way thru. The one is like coat tails and the other is close. I have wrapped them around a 3/8 x 7-3/4 bar to use for stretching a few times a day. Hopefully this helps me a little with my kink. I need to get some more volume-type stock but I have quite a few projects at the moment. I sold some plates from the gym to make some room and for funding said projects. Time is flying along... I am looking forward to the two days before the next workout. I will need to change some things before next week. DO bend IMP 60Dx2, 1/4 sqr., BBW 70D - no go. My hands are still a little beat up and these seem to be some hard nails. I signed up for the my first games this year. It's time to start throwing. I ❤ HWFD! I got some news the other day, it looks like I will be doing a lot of grinding. I have an addiction to cheddar cheese, although its only mild...
