JHenze646
Update time! (Buckle in) Last fall we moved and I jokingly referred to it as “spider relocation”. Well, I won’t be making jokes about spiders for a while. They have adapted surprisingly well to their new environment. A little too well... There are spiders everywhere with a particularly unnerving stronghold in the shed. And I don’t mean like webs in the corners, I mean full on standing their ground, crossing the floor towards you, and the especially nightmarish, blowing in the breeze on a single web strand from the neighbors trees to wrap around you when crossing the yard.🕷 Training I haven’t logged the last several workouts but that doesn’t matter now. The previous injury has re-emerged. I didn’t do anything either. I just sort of woke up this way. I have a lot of thinking to do about the future of training. Shop At first it was novel and exciting. Then it quickly grew into a habit. And now I am at the point where the only way to support my growing habit, is to start dealing. Ha! 2

Any suggestions?(get creative) Laying cable and/or banded curls. If you dont have one yet a cable setup is pretty easy to rig up with a loading pin and creative talents such as yours. I like to use the band to anchor the loading pin to my power rack so that, not only do I get the overload, it prevents the loading pin from swinging around.
