I haven't posted a log here in a long time but lately my progress has been awesome so I am going to share.

First off this past week I hit a few goals so I am pumped. I locked out a York 95lb Blob finally so I am looking out for a 100lb to buy. I closed my CoC 2.5 for 7 reps and held each one for fifteen secs, and finally I bent the 60-Penny nail. The nail was my most excited one because it has been haunting for a year not even being able to slightly bend it two months ago, this time I bent 3 in a row! So here is what I have been doing these last two months, summarized of course.

50lb kettle bell toss, flip and and catch, both single and double hands.

York blobs 65lb,80lb, and 95lb, I can do the 80lb and 65lb both hands. 95lb only right

I have worked a lot of negative holds with the 95lb

Finally I am doing a lot of hammer leveraging with 6lb and 8lb hammers
