Agreed! His form is most definitely bad, but that being said I don't think anyone would accuse him of being weak after watching that performance! I have never done much direct arm training myself (usually just did barbell rows and called it good), but when I did I virtually never did any "cheat" style curls. I'm sure they have a place in training, but they seem like the risk to benefit ratio is a little too far left for my taste. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
