starts with stretching, then sandbells. skip to 12:50 they have this stone cone. I was searching youtube for stone locks and found this video by accident. lots of good stuff in this video!

Played around with this back in the 60s a little - it's a pretty brutal self defense form - lots of bones to break :)

I found something on ebay that looks like the brass pen weight that was used in the video. I calculate 5.5lbs based on the specific gravity of brass and the dimensions in the description. this is interesting and new to me. I am not sure why it was not in any of the usual martial arts stores on the internet. has anyone here tried anything like this?

That is from Wing Lam Enterprises.

He is a kung fu master in California.

Those are for Chin Na training for the fingers.

The prices have gone up lately as the white was 39.95 a couple of years ago.

There are 3 stones White- 9lbs Beginner, Green- 14lbs Intermediate and Black- 17bs Advanced

Some stores do have the brass pens but not like years ago.

Look at the site for Iron Palm training as both it and Chin Na goes with each other,IMHO.
