climber511
Played around with this back in the 60s a little - it's a pretty brutal self defense form - lots of bones to break
bigLIKEaB0SS
I found something on ebay that looks like the brass pen weight that was used in the video. I calculate 5.5lbs based on the specific gravity of brass and the dimensions in the description. this is interesting and new to me. I am not sure why it was not in any of the usual martial arts stores on the internet. has anyone here tried anything like this? http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-2-000-Brass-C360-Round-Bar-Rod-6-Length-/170695964652
Ceya!
That is from Wing Lam Enterprises. He is a kung fu master in California. Those are for Chin Na training for the fingers. The prices have gone up lately as the white was 39.95 a couple of years ago. There are 3 stones White- 9lbs Beginner, Green- 14lbs Intermediate and Black- 17bs Advanced Some stores do have the brass pens but not like years ago. Look at the site for Iron Palm training as both it and Chin Na goes with each other,IMHO. S/F, CEYA! Edited March 29, 2014 by Ceya!
