Stephen Ruby
That would be something I would like to ask you haha. Your pinch strength is already top notch.
climber511
Two separate things here in my mind. How to improve pinch strength in an overall and more general manner and how to perform better in very specific pinch feats or events. monstagripp
Parvez are you talking about the euro or general? John, I was asking about plates but as I have ordered my Europinch of David, tips/advice on both would be much appreciated. Thanks
Guest Squat More
Well for the europinch all I can say is rotate between heavy low volume days and higher volume, lighter days doing reps, also the technique Martin Arildsson told me to try has helped me get over 200lbs on it very quickly. As Martin described:Imagine yourself holding the europinch, squeezing as tight as possible, turn your left hand counter clockwise and your right hand clockwise, to where you are trying to bend or snap the thing in half, tilt a bit and lift. <---- Those were not Martin's exact words but you get the picture. As for plate pinching, I have no idea, I suck at it. I can 1hp 98# on the Euro and can't budge two 20kg plates. Edited November 29, 2013 by Squat More

Thanks for the advice John, I will hopefully try that on Tuesday if the eurepinch arrives by then. You will lift 20kg/45s in no time with your strength once you get use to the width of the plates.
