Have you attempted the 2.5?

Funny you should ask, I haven't really done much with my 2.5 since I bought it but the last time I made an attempt about two Weeks ago I was way off. Well anyway, I was sending a few grippers out to jedd to be rated yesterday and I was like, what the hell let's see. Chalked up and closed the 2.5 pretty easy!

I probably won't get it back in time from jedd for Saturdays gripper workout but when I do get it I will get a video :)

Imtug pinch 10xit2 right, 8xit2 left

Pinkie ring finger imtug straphold with 1.5 lbs around 25 to 30 secs per hand, 2 sets each

Heres a vid of the straphold. I like them because it strengthens the weak part of the crush without taxing the Cns too much

Went higher reps today as it's all about variety. Every workout doesn't need to be a swing for the fences. My set is getting stronger! Recently got the RT and not really sure what to do with it yet; just getting a feel for the exercise.

I should also mention that I do some sort of extensor work everyday.

Well i've been out of commisiion with a nasty cold and got back to it today. Noticed that i was panting the whole workout because of a stuffy nose. Also the gym was packed so I had to make some sacrifices regarding exercise selection. Did my best.

Legs chest shoulders triceps

Squats

1x275 1x295 1x315 1x325 1x335 15x225

Sngle leg curls

12x70

Db flatbench 7x95 7x85

Machine shoulder press

10x90 4x110

Incline hammerstrength press

7x100 per side, 6x100

Incline db press

12x60 (holy lack of endurance, batman!)

Bentover db laterals 10x20, 10x20

Lying tricep extensions using dbs

8x35 7x35

Rotator cuff work

Long workout. Took it to the well with squats and then was pretty exhausted for everything after. I felt like i had another 15 pounds in the tank, so i'm happy about that. Striving for the 4 plate squat and the mm0 in 2014.

Big day in grip for me, closed my 2.5 and got it on camera! Felt awesome. I still think of myself as that guy who struggled with the Trainer upon starting out. Now that the 2.5 is closed, there's only one thing on my mind going forward...MM0. Wanna give John McCarter a shout out for all the help he's given me. I'm blessed to have such a "coach" as I move up the ladder.
