I was able to get through the pressing and bending without too much wrist pain.  I wasn't expecting much after yesterday's session, but was surprised how good it felt on the easier bends, so I tried a few tougher bars and survived.  😃

Thanks Don.  I've been over 500 conventional (raw) and sumo for the past nearly decade, but it's been getting harder and harder the past few years.  I know you can't fight age, but I'm trying.  😑  My lifetime goal was a 600lb. pull which would be 3x bodyweight +.  I think this is still possible, but it would take a lot and a total focus on deadlifting and everything related to it.

My wrist is still hurting when I set harder grippers.  I didn't start feeling it until the 117 today, but the 123 was pretty tough/painful on the set, and really messed up my close, causing me to barely touch the handles.  I ended up beginning the rep a lot further than a MMS because of it.  I grabbed my 128 GHP6, but couldn't even get it into position, due to the wrist pain.

Due to the wrist pain, I stopped at the 18/64" bar on DU.  This bar was pain-free last week.  It seems like setting the grippers is causing the most issue for me now, with the wrist.   I might need to do some experimenting with hand/wrist position on the set, to see if I can find a way to continue without further aggravating this issue, as I don't really feel like taking time off.  I attempted to do dumbbell hammer curls after the pull-ups, but stopped after 2 reps.

I am still having wrist pain.  Wasn't too bad on the DU today (worse with doubles), but very painful trying to set the heavier grippers.  I was going to try my 126 Super Master, but had so much trouble trying to get a set with the 120, I didn't even bother.  If this continues much longer, I'm going to see an ortho or someone similar.  Until then, I will just keep working around it and pushing through.
