windoughboywin
Okay guys got a little behind on this because I've been super busy at the house so here it goes. Leg Day 8/19/13 Lunges no weight x40 Squat 135x10 warm up set 225x5 225x5 275x5 315x3 225x20 Hamstring curl 1x50 Calf raise machine 1x30 I am going to go back on the Super Squats program, it has been years since I've done it but my legs got incredibly strong last time when I worked up to 315x20. 315 was a struggle during this workout! I got lazy this past year though with legs and when I noticed all my other lifts were being affected I started dedicating to them again last month. I orginally figured since I retired from semi-pro football their was no need for leg training. Boy was a wrong! Happy Training!
