Hey, Guys

I figured I'd post a new work out I'm trying. Its high volume RT training. Enjoy! Weights not including 6lbs of handle and loading pin.

I did this today and my forearms are screaming! 1 MINUTE BREAKS BETWEEN SETS

Set 1- 45LBS 40 REPS, RIGHT AND LEFT HAND

Set 2- Plus 25lbs 30 REPS, RIGHT AND LEFT

Set 3- Plus 25lbs 20 REPS, RIGHT AND LEFT

Set 4-Plus 25lbs 10 REPS, RIGHT AND LEFT

Set 5- Plus 25lbs 5 REPS RIGHT, PLUS 10LBS ON LEFT (Left hand was weaker here)

Set 6- Minus 25lbs right, minus 10 pounds left 5 REPS

Set-7 Minus 25lbs right and left 10 REPS

Set-8 Minus 25lbs right and left 20 REPS

Set-9 Minus 25lbs right and left 30 REPS

Set-10 Minus 25lbs right and left 40 REPS

Iron mind pinch block

25lb holds 3 sets of 10

Fat Gripz extreme 35lb curls 3 sets of 10

It hurts to type this

I think you may have taken the high volume suggestion just a weee bit too far. Good luck doing anything with your hands tomorrow. :laugh

Honestly I'd be careful with that kind of volume, especially as someone who is maybe newer. The thumb is a delicate thing, so are the connective tissues of the lower arm.
