Comments : Had some pain in my right wrist again. And my strength has "left the building" ( probably because I participated in a bench meet earlier in the day ?? ) . I'm actually not sure if I have closed the #3 or not . A friend of mine tried to take some pictures, but they are useless ( here is the 4 attempt of taking a picture : http://home.nktv.no/~dagroye/styrkesport/b..._coc3right.html ).
