Wrist Roller & Gripper Hell

Been doing this crazy routine with the grippers and wrist roller!!

Looks something like this

Warmups on light gripper 50-100 working on technique

Hard gripper negatives until a complete failure

Moderately heavy holds for time until a complete failure

Moderate gripper reps until complete failure

Light gripper high reps until complete failure

Extra light gripper very high reps until complete failure usually 50-100x

Holds for time with extra light gripper until complete failure

3 inch wrist roller heaviest weight you can handle power drop sets until your down to the rope

Keep dropping an inch in diameter until you get to a 1 inch and your down to the rope

You should barely be able to move your fingers when done & take necessary supplements as needed with food

Try this

I have gotten better at the grippers this way!!!
