underdawg Posted April 8, 2003 Share Posted April 8, 2003 i've decided to make an all out run for the 3, and i figured this would be a good place to post progress and get feedback from people in the know. since i'm wanting to close the 3 all other work will be minimal. mon. 4/7 grippers:warmup 1x5x2 filed 2x10lb straphold for 10 sec 4x3 neg filed 2x4overcrushes pony clamp pinches: 4 attempts and neg each hand. i usually do more work with the strapholds, but yesterday was my first experience with the 4 so i wanted to play with it a little bit. any suggestions?
