One Of My Favorite Things About Grip Training

I've got a wife, kids, a job, and many other hobbies. I also need to get my beauty sleep and squeeze in many good meals. Time is precious in my life. I am able escape into my garage and turn on some good, loud music without a huge disruption in my schedule. I can work my wrists and hands in a matter of 15 minutes if I really had to. Or I can do an hour dedicated to this body part. But in the end my workouts can be quick, convenient, and effective. Just felt the need to share this particular aspect that I enjoy. Thx for all who post ideas and videos. They sure inspire me.

+1 to all of that.

Also, I like how I never feel guilty about training grip. Other stuff, like biceps, sometimes I feel like I'm just being indulgent, but when I train grip I always feel like I'm building raw, brutal strength and that I'm never wasting my time, even when I'm just playing around with it.

I also like how I can always fit grip training into my schedule. I often train grippers while watching TV for example. I sometimes combine grip training with my regular workouts like using an axle for deadlifts on back day. I like that ordinary guys like me can be competitive in grip comps. I don't have to be a professional strongman juiced up on steroids.

I like how some people go for a "pump" in their biceps or pecs, while gripsters for for a pump in their thumbs. Haha

Haha unfortunately, probably. But seriously, after a hard session of blob work, pump in the thumbs.
