I have finally decided to start a log recording both my powerlifting and grip Training.

Current PRs

squat 270kg

Bench 160kg

deadlift 275kg

137# GHP 6 MMS

Current goals

Squat 290

Bench 165

Deadlift 290

MM0 Cert

First training post will be tomorrow

Back Day

breathing squats 150x3 ( sit at the bottom and breath and stretch)

170 x1

good mornings 90 kg 5x5

deadlift 170 5x1 speed singles

bent rows 130kg 5x5

shurgs 250kg 5x5

reverse hyper extensions 3x20

i have a nagging glute injury so as instructed by my physio i should perform these exercises on back day and then a more elabrate set of squats on leg day

warm up left and right

coc 1.5 x 10

coc 2.5 (131) 5x1

coc 2.5 (old) x2 strap hold (13 sec, 9 sec)

LH

GHP 5 5x1

coc 2 x2 strap hold ( 14 sec, 10 sec)

10lbs sledge levering ( front, rear, pro and supination)

wrist curls 3x15 (35 lbs)

extentsions 3x20 (15lbs)

wrist ball 2x 1 min burn out

Calf raises 200kg 3x10

You might have seen me say this in other places, but strapholds have done wonders for me.

Also, are all of these lifts in kilos? Strong lifts all around sir.

good mornings: 100kg 5x3

bench press: 130kg legs up 5x5

log press: 110kg 5x5

coc 2.5 x 5x1

silver bullet holds 2x 12 seconds

coc 3 x 2x 1 down to a quarter inch

LH

ghp5 5 x 1

silver bullet holds x 10 seconds

bbsm x 2 x1 down to to about quarter of inch as well
