Shooter77B50 Posted October 12, 2012 Share Posted October 12, 2012 I just bought some GNC grippers & can close the 150 easy but the 200 I could almost get the handles to touch. I went to the mall GNC and they had a beginner set & advanced set Beginner set was 50, 100, 150 & advanced set was 200, 250, 300 It all came with instructions 20 bucks for each set I will keep you all updated on my progress What do you guys thinks?
