Hannes Kainz
I have buyed a 3" rolling handle from Robert Baraban. Does anybody know what is the WR on this handle ? Or what are good numbers on a first try ?? On my first attempt i lifted 58kg. Yesterday i lifted 62kg. I know i have a good open hand strengh, so i think thats not so bad. But 60kg sounds pretty low ?
macaz
WR stands for Wolling Rhunder
Teemu I
From what I can remember, I would say 60 kg is a decent lift on that. Can't remember the exact weight I lifted with that few years ago, but it was at least 20 kg less than with RT.
yummy
Brian amundsen did 140lbs on the 3'' rolling handle 'crusher' from FBCC http://www.fatbastardbarbellco.com/CRUSHERS.html so must be similar to that I think the crusher spins ridiculously more then the rolling thunder but not sure how it compares to that one. Teemu I
I think RB spins quite well. To my knowledge this has not been contested much if at all anywhere and I think very few really train on them. I'd think anything between 70kg and 80 kg would very very good even in a competition.
Hannes Kainz
I think also 80kg would be very good! On this handle its a big different if your hand are long or not! My hands are 19,5 - 20cm, i have heard the hand from Mark Felix is 26cm?? Iam sure he can lift 85-90kg on such a handle.
