bubba29 Posted September 18, 2012 Share Posted September 18, 2012 My wrist flexibility is terrible. Light BB front squats illustrate this. I love the exercise, my wrists hate it. I found this interesting artcile with several illustrations on how to loosen up the wrists. I just tried several and am amazed how good it felt.
