Geralt
a) Pullups - 25 reps b) Dumbbell Deadlift - 50 reps c) Pushups - 50 reps d) Body Weight Squat Jumps - 50 reps e) V-Up - 50 reps f) Dumbbell Push Press - 50 reps g) Pullups - 25 reps Anyone on this routine with experience? What were your results with it? I am thinking of doing a variation on this for a week or 2, 3 sessions per week. No way I can get that repcount out of the blue. Just as a break from 'normal' training. I'm also not going to get the 25 pullups offcouse, but I'm going to cheat those when I reach failure by putting my feet on a chair. The dumbbell deadlift is replaced by a barbell deadlift, I was thinking with a weight around 60 / 65 kg's. I was thinking around 10 - 15 reps max per set. Recommendations and tips are welcome. I think this will be a killer. Thanks! Edited August 30, 2012 by Geralt
Geralt
Hm, read some more about it, it was ment to be as an testing excercise. Dunno if it would be beneficial to do this as a workout, the more I read it. Still, curious if anyone build something like this in his weightlifting routine as a variation on the traditional workouts.
Cannon
I did something like this recently for our gym at work. They posted a circuit that essentially consisted of those exact exercises, three rounds, and it was a challenge for time. I think I did it all in 12 minutes or something. Nobody else tried. I wanted to puke after.
Electron
Cannon, you did those exact reps for 3 sets each? If so, that's impressive.

It was a circuit of those exercises (basically), fewer reps, but three rounds. Probably 300ish reps in total.
