whey protein -staple to my diet also-

Stimulants- pre workout mix to get the cns going for a workout/grip training- jp8x hardcore to be exact really helps with my energy has a lot of various stimulants and some creatine/ beta alanine + various other things which help with energy

Super cissus if joints ache a bit + dmso + ice for pains.

Other then that a good healthy diet is probably the best thing for you.

Most supplements are a waste of money though and make sure you check the compounds in w/e you get to make sure it has some scientific studies to back up anything it claims it does.
