Shooter77B50 Posted July 6, 2012 Share Posted July 6, 2012 I have added some flexibility exercises to do every day of the week! Here's a sample of my work I open and close my hands all the way open & shut as fast as I can several times a day until I fail. I stretch my hands, fingers, and wrist before and after any of my exercises. I stretch my fingers with a baseball putting it in-between my fingers for a minute each several times a day. I hold my hands in front of me and do the keyboard & I also stretch each individual finger afterwards. Do something like this everyday with your grip training and I can almost guarantee your fingers will be super functional.
