its like little ball near the thumb I hear that people with strong hands Has it ??

and How do I train this muscle???

They're the pollicis muscles and apart from the opponens will be worked by pinching.

Mine has really grown since I started pinch training. I was worried thinking it was cancer when I first saw it haha.

so little bonus question i probably start pinching With how much weight do you recommend me start (in kg please)

Simple, pinch whatever you can in any way you can. weight doesn't matter as long as you are getting a workout. Also crush grip and pinch grip don't equate well. My pinch is far ahead of my crush grip in certain aspects. And there are many ways to pinch and you will see what you are strong at and what needs work. Hold 5k plates together smooth side out, as many as you can (the purpose is to go wide). Hold two 10kg plates smooth side out with one hand (medium pinch). Try pinch lifting a 20kg plate by the center hub. Youtube all the ways people train pinch and try it. Often times people just try to pick up any odd objects they can find for training.

Do you mean the muscle on the back of the hand that is between the thumb and index?

I call it "Mount Pinch Muscle."
