hellswindstaff
agreed. you dont have to get them super strong. Just strong enough so that your flexors aren't giving you pain.
barbe705
I like the bands for rehab/recovery. I've been using an old coffee can full of nails for static holds. my elbows have been healthy during a very intense period of training. I'm pretty sure that the extensor work has kept the golfers elbow away. also, Jedd has in the past stated that hard extensor work helps bring his pinch numbers up. I haven't noticed as clear a link in that area.
xvx
I usually do a few sets with produce rubber bands of different strengths throughout my work-out. I don't usually put them in a certain place during my routine. I have found that sometimes if I miss a rep, a light set of those helps me get back on track. I also use them for rehab/recovery on non work-out days and I think it definitely helps. To be more on point with your question, I'm not sure if it is important to do them after gripper work, but if that seems like a good time for you than you should definitely try it out and see how it works.
