Rampage jackson Posted October 29, 2011 Share Posted October 29, 2011 (edited) when i start training with grippers I felt weaker the gripper felt much harder and I managed to do only 8 reps dont know why but every rep i feel pain in the forearms At the end of the forearm where connection between the forearm and wrist (palm) i stop train after one set I train only once a week and make good progress don't know why it happened Someone had it?? Malice Posted October 29, 2011 Share Posted October 29, 2011 My wrists started hurting when I got into the big grippers because they are weak. I've been working on strengthening my wrists and the pain is almost completely gone and they don't bother me during gripper workouts anymore.
