BigJan85 Posted October 27, 2011 Share Posted October 27, 2011 Is it counterproductive to do some heavy strength training such as 5x5 on deads and other heavy back work and then go up and do a very intense 20 min hill workout on the treadmill?? kelby Posted November 6, 2011 Share Posted November 6, 2011 i workout with weights three days a week. and in the evening i go and ride stationary bike. 1 minute intervals. 5 sets. i put the thing on hard. as hard as i can. rest a mlinute. not only is it building mylegs up, but sure makes me breath hard. like i just sprinted 400 metres.
