Geralt
Was this a no set (full rep)? Why not try MM set then? Working smaller distance is better then wide sets.
Rampage jackson
i read in many places that the full range reps make you more stronger That's not true?
Geralt
I'm certainly not the biggest gripman around here but if you only work full range sets, you'll never close the next gripper up. Because you never get stronger or it will take AGES. And repping a gripper under your goalgripper also won't do the job I think. I mean there are a lot of guys who can do 10+ full reps on a #2 and still not close the #3. You will have to work MMS, forced closes and such. It's the key to find the right amount in use of those techniques and trainingfrequency for recovery. I'm training grip since 2008 and still have trouble in understanding how my body reacts and recovers.
