kelby Posted September 5, 2011 Author Share Posted September 5, 2011 160 against a wall against the wall, is that with your feet against the wall also. standing very straight. because when your feet is sticking out and relaxing against the wall, it is not really called a strict curl. not like how they do it on youtube with curling bar. i forgot to mention that also. using a regular olympic straight bar.
