Bill Piche
This guy must be a former gymnast or something as I see this type of thing in his other videos??
maidenfan
Pullups aside, he definately has some grip strength - especially the endurance.
lifesnotfair
Wannagrip: last time I checked, the world record for most pull-ups without letting go off the bar, was around 230-240 or something like that (can't quote from memory). The dude lasted about 36 minutes or so (again this is from memory). He used this same technique... he'd 1-arm hang for several seconds each arm before cranking out about 5 more reps and repeated this for a long while. I'm certain it was 30-ish minutes but don't know the exact number. This was in youtube if I remember correctly and I saw it not long ago, but didn't save the link. I agree, you know you've got good endurance when a 1-arm hang means REST for you! (for me it's a huge effort, lol).
djukac
The bar is thick so it's even more awesome.
Chosenone7
that somewat like quadupedal training with the one arm hang man.mixing it up with pull ups is impressive! the bar don't look thick to me.but that was a good show of muscular endurance.
