Getting The Negative

Hey guys. I know alot of people when training with grippers include some sort of 'heavy negatives' work. What do you use? Choked Grippers? Extended Handles? If so what works best. I am going to purchase a John Brookfield Gripper, the JBG gripper or the one below it, the JBF. (The guy in this (Juha) calibrated his to 4.82)
