JordanCoC Posted August 3, 2011 Share Posted August 3, 2011 Hey guys. I know alot of people when training with grippers include some sort of 'heavy negatives' work. What do you use? Choked Grippers? Extended Handles? If so what works best. I am going to purchase a John Brookfield Gripper, the JBG gripper or the one below it, the JBF.
