Rampage jackson Posted July 1, 2011 Share Posted July 1, 2011 hi sup guys I train for a month Since I got my T and no.1 gripers i do this program 3 times a week with 1 day rest between I try to do this two times aweek with 4 day rest between train but i dont see gain in strength Maybe a month is not enough? warm up with the sport griper 2 sets 10 rep working sets 3 sets 10 reps in the (T) I can close it only (10 reps) every set and 3 sets 1 rep full close every hand on the no.1 i can close it only 1 rep what i do wrong?
