Just dont have that recorded.but an old vid from 2009 I done it for 5 reps.I'm thinking about competing in grip sport and maybe learn some bending. You shouldn't overthink the grip contest decision. Enter one as soon as you can! You'll be glad you did man. I think Chris Rice replied on the USAWA forum too. Don't wait until you reach some random chosen level of strength before entering one. Go. Compete. Learn. Enjoy. Repeat. Do more training and then compete some more. I was on the USAWA.I been on this site before,just change my username.Im glad to be back on with elite to beginner level of strength performers. I would like to compete in grip and do some bending,just that im unemployed at the moment. Plus I trying to find some that I can train with in Columbus,Ohio.
