The farmers weigh 320 per hand and are very awkward.

This is the Bud Lift. Bud Jeffries weighs 380 (it was a few years back before he lost alot of weight) and the implement for the one hand lift weighs 339.

Ben,

I know on the video on Youtube that you asked me the handle specs. It is 6" long and 1 3/8" in diameter. Heath's father made it for me, and the craftsmanship is awesome!

Steve

To all you other guys- thanks for the kind words.

That's an interesting squat video, 3Crusher.

What is your best parallel squat?

That's an interesting squat video, 3Crusher.

What is your best parallel squat?

My best squat, feet close together and way below parallel is 405, and done with just a belt. Absolutely nothing to write home about, but I am proud of it because it took me many years and alot of struggling to get there.

Pexter - are you planning on competing in the World's Strongest Hands Series in August, September and October here at my place?
