Need Help In My Gripers Program

Hi all At last I got them the 100lbs and no.1 and i have new problems

1.i can close the 100lbs for 13 reps every hand and no.1 one rep every hand

2.What should I do ?I understood that i need griper that i close max effort 5-7 reps need help pliz

Keep working singles with your #1 until you can do doubles and triples for sets and keep making attempts at a #2. Work on EXPLODING into each reps. A large part of gripper strength is how fast your nervous system can recruit as much of those little muscles at once....BANG!

You can also throw in some advanced stuff (overcrushes, forced reps, negatives, etc.) but I would keep that at a minimum until you're closing your 2 (which won't be to long anyways).
