Shoggoth Posted June 3, 2011 Share Posted June 3, 2011 Keep working singles with your #1 until you can do doubles and triples for sets and keep making attempts at a #2. Work on EXPLODING into each reps. A large part of gripper strength is how fast your nervous system can recruit as much of those little muscles at once....BANG! You can also throw in some advanced stuff (overcrushes, forced reps, negatives, etc.) but I would keep that at a minimum until you're closing your 2 (which won't be to long anyways).
