Rampage jackson Posted May 29, 2011 Share Posted May 29, 2011 Everyone knows who training to be stronger that happen when you Recruiting more motor units and Nervous system... all of that things That's why we work usually 1-5 reps my question is . 1.in the coc gripers says (low reps plus high effort are the way to build strength) If I understand correctly.. the crushing grip muscles Recruiting more motor units and all of that how i get stronger in that?
