These are some of my personal best lifts lately and some goals. 2-hand pinch- 140,1-hand pinch w/25's-65, 3-finger pinch w/25's- 65, 2-finger pinch w/25's-55, Home made hex blob- 60, 3 finger blob-40, 2 finger blob- 35, closed beef builder 250 x1, bent im blue nail very easily, board lever w/6 lb. maul ,with welded loading pin on the end with 36 inch handle for reps of 5, board lever 10 lb. sledge x 10, home made inch replica loadable dumbbell 80x1, strict press- 165, push press- 225. Some of the goals are to bend a red nail, 2 finger pinch 75 with the blob and 25's, 2-hand pinch 200 Feel free to speak your mind

Impressive feats. Is the BB250 the BB grand master or did you mean the HG250? Also the 2 finger pinch 75 is that 1/2 of a 75 dumbbell... I hope it is because if you are lifting 1/2 of a 150 dumbbell then I'm afraid of you :tongue

It is the HG250 and the 75 isn't 1/2 of a 150 LOL. The 75 2 finger is 2-25's facing in with a chain loaded with another 25 or just pinching 3 25's together.

It was a short one today but effective.

reverse wrist curls- 80x5

normal wrist curls- 80x5

board levering 10lb. sledge x5 x3

did some concrete work today and spent time with my family. Also starting 1st shift in the morning after 5 years on 2nd.

First day back after throwing my back out doing sledge hammer work outside.

Crushdown on 1/2 inch bolt Cheat bent to 60 degrees - between legs bar 1 - 60,60,60,60,60

Crushdown on 1/2 inch bolt cheat bent to 31 degrees- between legs bar 2 - 31,32,32,32,32

Crushdown bar 1 - over/under- 61,61,61,61,61

Crushdown bar 2 - over/under - 32,32,33,33,33

Thomas Inch circuit for forearms - 60 pound barbell - Rectangular fix, reverse rectangular fix,upright row, reverse upright row, wrist roll and reverse wrist roll x10 reps for 1 set

Neck extensions - 10 pounds x 10 reps x 3 sets (concentrated on the contraction in the mastoid)
