Hi i training with captain of crush gripres for grip strength but i want more grip strength not just crushing grip which exercise i can do with my training in the gym or hom for more strength?

Start pinching right away. Just sandwich plates together with the smooth sides out and lift. Reset and repeat. Any plates are fine. 3x10s. 2x25s. Whatever you can manage.

Also a good poor-man's thickbar is to load up one end of a regular 45# Olympic bar. Grab on to what's left of the end you loaded and lift.
