Rampage jackson Posted May 21, 2011 Share Posted May 21, 2011 Hi i new in grip training with coc gripers I 16 years old as I read in the ironmind book i understand that i have % chance to have an injury because muscular disbalance and not hit the extensors i not have now money for that expand your hand bands what i can do in home to strength my extensors an got muscle balance after coc grip workout ? In terms of dynamic training, I would recommend taking a few regular rubber bands and putting them over your fingers. You could also try some static training, such as putting some water in a jar and putting your hand in, concentrating on holding the jar from the inside. Rice bucket is also recommended by many on here. Simply put some rice into a container, put your hand inside and try to open it. Good luck with your tarining. For really tough rubber bands the ones that broccoli bunches come with are real hard. You really don’t need a lot of money to get good workouts. Good luck!
