That's pretty much all there is to see here. The goal is to hit 405 by May 31st, so this log will be both temporary and bench-exclusive until I hit that goal. Unrealistic? Probably, but I guess I'll find out...

You will be lusting over a 450 or 500 lb bench after you hit the 405. I hope you don't plateau hard by rushing it. Good luck!

Thanks guys. I've been benching twice a week already, so I took this week of before I start my new routine. Now that I think of it, I haven't taken a week off in quite a while, so it probably isn't a bad idea by now.

Here's the current supplement stack:

Dymatize Whey/Casein blend

Cytogainer

Kre-Alkalyn

K-otic/Jack3d (switching between them, although I'm cutting my stim use way back)

Powerfull

ZMA

Scivation Xtend

...and good ol' B12

Monday, 4/11/11:

Day 1 of my new routine. This was my "light" day for this routine. I did it slightly out of order, since my light days are supposed to be on Tuesdays,

and my heavy ones on Fridays, but since I didn't have a preceding workout I decided to do it early and get it out of the way.

Bench press:

295 x 2

295 x 2

295 x 2

295 x 2

295 x 2

295 x 2

V-bar push downs:

Just higher-rep light weight for my tricep work for the entire duration of this routine. Probably just one workout of one exercise for the entire week for the next 9 weeks, mostly just to target the inner head.

This was my "heavy" day, but for the routine I'm doing, the heavy and light days are identical for the first week. I ended up doing more than I should've for this day anyway, though. So keep in mind it WAS supposed to be the same as last Monday's workout.

When I first started this routine, I couldn't even finish 285 x 5 x 5. Fast forward 6 weeks, and now I'm doing a full 315 x 5 x 5 without any assistance whatsoever. I'll take it. Next up is 335 x 4 x 4.
