Now that I think of it, I haven't taken a week off in quite a while, so it probably isn't a bad idea by now. I did it slightly out of order, since my light days are supposed to be on Tuesdays, and my heavy ones on Fridays, but since I didn't have a preceding workout I decided to do it early and get it out of the way. Bench press: 295 x 2 295 x 2 295 x 2 295 x 2 295 x 2 295 x 2 V-bar push downs: Just higher-rep light weight for my tricep work for the entire duration of this routine.
