Thanks - did not know this. Pretty smart and innovative - sounds like something that would have come from a doctor.

You've got deadlift in there. You have squat. You have the thick bar for forearms and even a neck harness for the neck.

The combination of a SSB good morning and deadlift has been around for a while. Some members of this board that don't post anymore used to do them.

Bands, chains, neck harness, thick bar, the only thing left undone was someone punching him in the gut, and then he would really be ready for war. :D :D :D Anyway it looks cool.

Great stuff...I may try combining lifts in the future...if I ever start lifting again.

Very creative. I hope this doesn't end up in men's fitness or a publication with a similar audience though. Unless you are an orthopedic surgeon haha.
