lifesnotfair
This guy Dario has some awesome videos on Youtube, I love some of his training montage videos he's uploaded through the years. I once asked him about his DO axle lift and he posted a 400+ lift but said his grip was tired when he did that video. He does have large hands. In the above video he power cleans 200# on the axle with one hand, I thought it was a pretty worth feat of grip strength to post here. In his most recent training montage video he is seen using the RT and also rolls a frying pan so maybe he's doing more grip lately. If this is your first time watching this guy be sure to click his nick and find those other videos I speak of from the past few years, if they don't make you want to workout I don't know what else could do it! Shoggoth
He lives with 1.5 hours of me and I'm trying to set up a couple of training days with him. I'm also going forward to put on a comp out here and have asked him to be one of the competitors, it'll be awesome to see what numbers he'll put up all around. jad
I'm impressed with the 1 hand 200# powerclean. I can't do that on a normal bar!
