Going to give a workout log a go.

Today,

Squats.

60kgx10 warm up

5x80kg

5x110kg

5x130kg

5x150kg

5x160kg

2 attempts to close coc 3 from MMS right hand,both times closed.

Grip machine

100kg

5 sets of 5 reps

105kg

5 sets of 5 reps

Rolling thunder

5x50kg

5x60kg

3x70

3x70

both hands.

Vulcan with thumbscrews 5 reps level 16 about 10 sets,real killer.

2'' wrist roller,15kg 5 sets up and down movements.

White spring.Sorry I count the levels from bottom notch as I 2nd notch as level 4 and so on.Sorry for the confusion. :blink

I was going to say that if you were using the Gold spring on level 16 for reps you have the strongest thumbs in history.

Vulcan,

Level 9 gold spring

5 reps both hands,5 sets.

Level 10 3 reps both hands 3 sets

Strap holds level 7 .2.5kg plate.

8 secs hold both hands

continued until failure both hands.

Vulcan level,17 wasp spring,negatives.

6 per hand,5 second holds.

Up to level 15 right hand gold spring

COC3 3 closes right hand

COC3 close left hand,once.

Thumbscrews 5 sets of 5 reps.

Wrist roller 15kg including negatives.
