Today, Squats. 60kgx10 warm up 5x80kg 5x110kg 5x130kg 5x150kg 5x160kg 2 attempts to close coc 3 from MMS right hand,both times closed. Level 10 3 reps both hands 3 sets Strap holds level 7 .2.5kg plate. 8 secs hold both hands continued until failure both hands. Vulcan level,17 wasp spring,negatives. 6 per hand,5 second holds.
