maestco
Do you feel that as your crushing strength goes up,(By training crushing strength only) your support strength goes up? Or are the two mutually exclusive? Thanks. Edited September 19, 2010 by maestco
handgripperman
I think think they relate to each other pretty well.Ever since I built up my crushing strength I have no need for straps. I never drop deadlifts, rackpulls farmers etc. without any specific support grip training.
Magnus
For regular bars, yes. It's almost the same ROM. I've had great carryover to rows and things from doing grippers. For thickbar, no.
Shoggoth
My grippers are at their highest but I haven't trained axle or rt in 3 months and they're down substantially so I'm with Frank on this one.
